Sundays - 8:30 am & 11:00 am
In Sunday morning worship services at Church Street, we come together to praise God for His greatness and to celebrate the good news of His love for us. We worship each Sunday morning at 8:30 am and 11:00 am in the Nave/Sanctuary. Our services focus on liturgy, music, worship and preaching. The Youth Choir is featured in the early service and the Parish Adult Choir is featured in the later service. During the school year, Children's Worship is offered during both Sunday morning services following our special "moments with all God's children." Sundays - 8:30 & 10 am
Rejoice!, our 30-minute television show, is aired on Sunday mornings at 8:30 am on WVLT-TV and repeated at 10 am on MyVLT2. Each show features a sermon by one of our clergy and performances from the Parish Adult Choir. For more information about Rejoice!, visit the Rejoice! page.
Mondays - 6 pm
Community Worship is held in the Chapel at 6 pm each Monday. This informal service, especially for the homeless and sheltered neighbors in our community, includes a brief meditation, group singing, prayer time and fellowship. Following the service, refreshments are provided by Sunday school classes and other Church Street groups.
Wednesdays - 12 noon
Our Midweek Communion Service is held at 12 noon in the Chapel. Join us for this brief period of quiet worship at a service which includes readings from the Holy Scriptures, responsive readings, prayer, a short homily, and the observance of Holy Communion.
Thursdays - 5:45 pm
Vespers are held in the Chapel at 5:45 pm each Thursday, prior to the Thursday Nights Together program, sponsored by the Singles Ministry.
Special Services
Seasonal services are offered throughout the year to observe the high holy days of the Christian year, primarily during Advent and Lent.
