Job Opening: Communications Director
Church Street United Methodist Church
is searching for a Communications Director. The task is to communicate the message of this church in all relevant formats: print, electronic and social media. Areas of particular interest include: newsletters, television ministry, public relations through newspaper and television, brochure design and branding.
Qualified candidates should possess at least a bachelor?s degree in some area of communications (journalism, marketing, electronic media) or the equivalent and relevant experience.
Church Street UMC benefits include medical and dental insurance, a retirement plan, paid holidays and vacation. Salary will depend on education and experience, and is commensurate with a professional of this level.
Job is full time. Normal Office hours are 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; however, this is a salaried position, requiring some occasional work outside normal hours.
